Earning Points * Customers will earn 1 reward point for every 100 THB spent on eligible purchases. * Points are calculated on the final amount paid (after discounts, promotions, or vouchers). * Points will be credited to your account within 24–48 hours of purchase. * No points will be awarded for purchases made before joining the Program. * Purchases made using store credit or gift cards are not eligible for points. Using Points * 1 point = 1 THB discount on future purchases. * Points can be redeemed in-store only (unless online integration is added later). * Minimum redemption is 100 points per transaction. * Points cannot be redeemed for cash, used to pay for services (e.g., repairs), or transferred to another person. Points Validity * Points are valid for 18 months from the date of issue. * Expired points will be automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated. Returns & Cancellations * If you return a product, the corresponding points earned will be deducted from your account. Program Changes & Termination * Bric’s Milano Thailand reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. * Any abuse of the program or fraudulent activity may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all points.
